BRIDGEPORT, Pa - Sophomore goalkeeper Cleo Harrington has been named the CWPA Division I/II Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league today.
Harrington was a force in net as the Crimson hosted the Harvard Invitational this weekend, stopping 22 shots over three games while adding in four assists. The sophomore goalkeeper's best performance came in the Harvard Invitational finale, making 12 stops to go with a trio of assists. Harrington collects her second Defensive Player of the Week honors as she previously picked up the award Feb. 16.
Harvard returns to the pool this weekend as it kicks off its nine-game California road trip. The Crimson will open up against San Diego State March 12 as part of the SDSU Aztec Invite.
