POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – A total of 10 different players found the back of the net Saturday for the Crimson, as the Harvard women's water polo team outscored its opponents 38-7 with two 19-goal games and two victories at the Marist Tournament.

In its first game of the day, Harvard (5-0) jumped out to an 8-2 first quarter lead and never looked back on its way to an 19-6 win over Siena (2-3). Junior co-captain Devan Kennifer led the way with four goals and four steals. Freshman Shayna Price notched three scores and had three takeaways to contribute to the win.

"We've been playing pretty well to start off our season," Harvard head coach Ted Minnis said. "We're playing real well as a group right now. Everybody's playing and everybody's playing well."

The Crimson again scored eight goals in the first frame of its second game and held the club team from local rival Boston University to a single goal to take the early, 8-1, lead. Harvard would get three goals apiece from Price, Monica Zdrojewski and Elise Molnar to power an offense that scored 19 goals for the third time this season, this time in a 19-2 win over the Terriers.

The Crimson will play two again Sunday with games against the club team DDO and host No. 15 Marist.
