Amy He Named Women’s Tennis Captain

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's tennis junior Amy He has been selected team captain for the 2015-16 season after a vote by her teammates, announced head coach Traci Green Thursday.

He, a human developmental and regenerative biology concentrator, ended the season at 11-11 in singles play and 7-8 in doubles action. A 2012-13 All-Ivy League second team selection, He spent most of the dual season at the No. 5 position, also recording a 3-1 combined record at the No. 4 and No. 6 spots.  

Harvard went 7-12 on the season, ending the year with eight student-athletes at .500 or better in singles play and six with a winning record in doubles action. The nine members of the team combined to record 118 victories in singles and 50 in doubles play.
