No. 1 Women’s Squash Earns 8-1 Win Over No. 7 Penn

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's squash (3-0, 2-0 Ivy) started the spring semester strong with an 8-1 victory over the seventh-ranked Penn Quakers. The Gregory Lee '87 and Russell Ball '88 Endowed Coach for Harvard University, James Herscot '58 Coach of Excellence, Mike Way and his group led wire-to-wire to remain unbeaten on the season.

In her first action of the season, senior captain Gina Kennedy outscored her Quaker foe 33-9 to capture the 3-0 victory. After falling in the first game of her matchup, co-captain Amelia Henley rallied off three straight game wins, outscoring her opponent 33-6 in those games.

Hana Moataz, Eleonore Evans, Hannah Craig all picked up 3-0 wins to seal the victory and help Harvard remain undefeated.
