CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 1 Harvard women's squash team advanced to the CSA semifinals after a 9-0 defeat of No. 8 Cornell this evening at the Murr Center Squash Courts. The Crimson will now prepare for a 2:30 p.m. matchup on Saturday with No. 3 Yale who defeated No. 6 Stanford, 5-4, earlier this afternoon.
Harvard preserved its 51-match win streak and has not lost to Cornell in 26 all-time meetings between the programs.
Should Harvard succeed against Yale on Saturday, the National Championship match is set for Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2:30 p.m. The match for third and fourth place will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
