MacAfee Earns IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team Honors

Keeley MacAfee capped off her Harvard career with 67 points (49 goals, 18 assists) in her senior season.

Senior attack Keeley MacAfee earned IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team honors, the organization announced today (May 21). This marks the second straight year that MacAfee has earned all-region honors.

A First Team All-Ivy selection, MacAfee completed her Harvard career with another strong season, leading the team in scoring with 67 points (49 goals, 18 assists). A native of Needham, Mass, MacAfee was third in the Ivy League in goals per game (3.27) and fourth in points per game (4.47). She completed her Harvard career fourth on the school's all-time points list (207), and fifth on the all-time goal scoring list (147).

The senior captain recorded four or more goals in nine games this season, setting a new career high for points in a game with eight (five goals, three assists) in a 12-8 win at Binghamton on March 16. The government concentrator will graduate next Thursday as one of the great players in the history of Harvard women's lacrosse.
