Harvard women’s lacrosse’s Marisa Romeo has been selected as one of 11 freshmen and 88 overall players in the tryout pool for the 2014-15 U.S. Women’s National Team, U.S. Lacrosse announced. Tryouts will be held at Georgetown University June 13-15.
Harvard makes its first appearance in the Ivy League tournament since 2012, as the Crimson face No. 15 Penn. The Crimson finished tied for third in the Ivy League at 4-3, while the Quakers own the second seed in the conference tournament after going 6-1 in Ancient Eight games.
