The Crimson have added nine freshmen to a team which finished 10-6 and advanced to the Ivy League tournament final last season (Gil Talbot).
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women’s lacrosse team has added nine members of the class of 2015 for the upcoming season.
Lisa Miller, the head coach for Crimson women’s lacrosse, has recruited players from seven states and one from the United Kingdom. The rookies comprise of four midfielders, two defensemen, two midfielder/defensemen and one goalie.
Miller, who returns 23 of 24 players, welcomes the newcomers to a team that finished the 2011 season with a 10-6 record. The Crimson advanced to the Ivy League tournament championship after defeating Dartmouth, 11-10, before falling to Princeton, 12-10, in the final.
