BOSTON – Adding to their list of postseason accolades, seniors Michelle Picard and Miye D'Oench have been selected to the All-New England Team. The award, bestowed by the New England Hockey Writers' Association, is the first of both players' careers.

One of ECAC Hockey's top blue-liners, Picard earns All-New England honors after also garnering selections to the All-Ivy first team and All-ECAC third team. The co-captain finished the season with 10 assists and 12 points, and led a Harvard defense that ranked in the top-10 nationally all season. A native of Taunton, Massachusetts, Picard was a finalist for the ECAC Defenseman of the Year award.

D'Oench added All-New England honors to her resume after earning second team All-ECAC Hockey and All-Ivy acknowledgment in March. Starting at right wing, D'Oench led the Crimson with 37 points on 14 goals and a team-high 23 assists. She ended her Harvard tenure 15th on the all-time list for career points, and she ranked 20th in the country in points per game this season.

Harvard finished the season 17-12-3, including a 12-7-3 mark in ECAC Hockey action.
