CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – After a week away from competition, the No. 15 Harvard-Radcliffe heavyweight crew team is back in action this Saturday, April 20, heading to Providence, R.I. to take on No. 8 Brown. Racing is scheduled to begin at 8:15 a.m.

8:10 a.m. – Third Varsity Eight
8:30 a.m. – A Varsity Four
8:50 a.m. – Second Varsity Eight
9:10 a.m. – First Varsity Eight
What to Know
- The Black and White moved to No. 15 in the CRCA/USRowing Coaches Poll this week, after previously holding a spot at No. 14 the first two weeks of competition.
- Radcliffe finished in second behind Princeton in both the Class of 1975 Cup and Class of 1984 Plaque during its last weekend of competition. The Black and White's varsity eight has claimed victories over Michigan State and Indiana this season.
- The Brown Bears finished the Lake Natoma Invitational last weekend with a 13-5 record after racing against three top-15 programs. The Black and White faced Brown last season as well as the Bears edged Radcliffe by three seconds.
Leading the Way
Liz O'Leary enters her 33rd season at the helm of Harvard's heavyweight crew program, holding a 206-115 overall record. O'Leary has guided the Black and White to winning marks in 13 of the last 16 seasons, including NCAA Championship appearances in five of the last seven years and 17 times during the 21-year history of the event. That success has continued throughout her tenure with over 200 dual wins, top-finishing crews at Sprints and numerous appearances at national championships.
Radcliffe will return to Cambridge to host Yale and Northeastern on the Charles River next weekend, April 27.
