Women's Basketball Games Against Brown, Yale Moved to Saturday-Sunday

Harvard will take on Brown on Saturday at 6 p.m., and Yale on Sunday at 4 p.m. (Gil Talbot)

Due to inclement weather affecting travel in the region, Harvard women's basketball games against Brown and Yale at Lavietes Pavilion have been pushed back one day.

Harvard will now play Brown on Saturday (Feb. 11) at 6 p.m. and Yale on Sunday (Feb. 12) at 4 p.m.

Harvard will still honor its women's basketball alumnae on Saturday against Brown during a halftime ceremony, including former student-athletes from the five decades of program history. In addition the Crimson will hold its annual PLAY4KAY game on Saturday to help raise money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The team will wear special commemorative shooting shirts for the game. Harvard is encouraging fans to wear pink and the first 300 fans will get a free Harvard Basketball shirt. A Harvard Athletics prize wheel will be available, with free spins offered to fans wearing pink. Additional spins will be available for purchase, with proceeds donated to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
