Men’s Track & Field, Cross Country Add 12 Incoming Freshmen
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Jason Saretsky, The William W. 'Bill' McCurdy Director of Track & Field/Cross Country, announced 12 additions to the track and field and cross country programs as the class of 2020 on Wednesday. The group joins the Crimson from seven states and three countries.

"I'm excited for the diverse and talented group of student-athletes we have in this year's men's recruiting class," said Saretsky. "It is great to see throwers, jumpers, sprinters and distance runners all represented, and we were able to fill in some key event-area holes with this class. I'm looking forward to working with this group of young men as we strive to climb the ranks."

The class of 2020 joins a program that took fifth in the indoor Ivy League Championships and sixth in the outdoor competition. Harvard men's track and field earned seven All-Ivy League selections in 2016.

"Anthony will be coming in next year with the multi-events being his primary focus. Being a very successful three-sport high school athlete, he only competed in outdoor track.
