CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard sailing teams competed for two trophies over the weekend, finishing in sixth at the George Morris Regatta hosted by Boston University and 12th at the Reed Trophy New England Women's Dinghy Championship at Tufts University from April 27-28.

The Crimson finished sixth with 203 points and beat out 10 teams in the contest for the George Morris Trophy. Host BU edged Boston College, 112-116, for the title, while Brown (126), Connecticut College (145) and MIT (197) filled in the top five.

Freshman Andrew Mollerus and Sydney Karnovsky paired up to register three top-five placings, with a second place finish in race No. 2, and totaled 122 points in Division A.

"Luke and Becca had a good weekend," head coach Michael O'Connor said. "They were able to stay in the top 5 in the their fleet for most of the weekend, which is impressive because it is hard to stay consistent on that side of the bridge."
