Men’s Water Polo Cracks CWPA National Rankings Top-Ten

 

CAMBRDIGE. Mass.- The Crimson ranks ninth, tying its highest rank in program history.

 After week one of season play, the Collegiate Water Polo Association announced the rankings for the Top 20 teams.  

The Crimson has cracked the top-ten on two other occasions, following its run in the 2016 NCAA tournament and prior to the 2017 season. Harvard jumped No. 11 UC- Davis, a program that was ranked seventh last week, after a 15-14 win over the weekend. Harvard opened the 2018 season 2-2 at the Bruno Classic.

Harvard will travel to Princeton, N.J. this weekend to take on No. 18 George Washington on Sept. 8 followed by Navy and Fordham on Sept. 9.
