Men’s Volleyball Set to Take on No. 13 George Mason

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard men's volleyball team (7-2, 1-0 EIVA) will travel to Fairfax, Va. for back-to-back contests against No. 13 George Mason (6-4, 1-0 EIVA), Feb. 14-15. This will be Harvard's second and third EIVA contests of the season after defeating Sacred Heart, 3-1, on Jan. 31.

What to Know

  • Senior captain Matthew Ctvrtlik, the reigning EIVA Offensive Player of the Week, ranks first in the EIVA and fourth in the NCAA with 10.55 assists per set.
  • The Crimson ranks fourth in the NCAA in digs per set with 10.38.
  • Senior captain Chase Howard ranks first in the EIVA and fifth in the NCAA in digs per set with 2.50.

The Crimson will continue EIVA play at home against Saint Francis (Pa.) and Penn State on Feb. 21 and 22, respectively. On Friday, the match will begin at 7 p.m., while action is set to start at 4 p.m. on Sunday. Both matches will be broadcast on ESPN+.
