Men’s Volleyball Heads to New York for Matches Against No. 9 Pepperdine, Daemen

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Off to its best start to the season since 2013, the Harvard men's volleyball team (2-1) will head to Amherst, N.Y. for a neutral site match against No. 9 Pepperdine (1-0) on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. followed by a contest against host university Daemen (0-1) on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 5 p.m. Both matches will be streamed on the ECC Network.

What to Know

  • The Crimson went 2-1 in Hawai'i, Jan. 9-11, earning straight-set victories over Grand Canyon and Emmanuel (Ga.)
  • This will be the first match between Harvard and Daemen in program history.
  • Sophomore Campbell Schoenfeld currently holds a 13-game double-digit kill streak dating back to the 2019 season.
  • Senior captain Chase Howard currently leads the conference in digs per set with 3.57 while sophomore Jason Shen leads in service aces per set with .67.
