  • Men’s Tennis Travels to Princeton, Yale for Ivy Plus Tournament

    Harvard men’s tennis returns to the courts this weekend, Sept. 21-23, for the Ivy Plus Invitational co-hosted by Princeton and Yale. Crimson players will be split for the weekend, competing at the Lenz Tennis Center in Princeton, N.J. and the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center in New Haven, Conn.

    To open its fall season, the Harvard men’s tennis team hosted the 2018 Chowder Fest tournament at the Beren Tennis Center this weekend. The Crimson welcomed individual competitors from Old Dominion, Texas Tech and Indiana for three days of doubles and singles play.

    Former standout Harvard men’s tennis player, Frederick ‘Rick’ Barton ’71 will receive the 2018 ITA David A. Benjamin Achievement Award, as announced by the organization today. Barton will be presented with the award at the International Tennis Hall of Fame Board of Governor’s Meeting in New York on September 8th.
