CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard men's tennis team didn't have to wait long to hear their name called during the NCAA selection show, as the Crimson was selected in the first region and will head to Norman, Oklahoma to take on No. 30 Northwestern in the first round May 8-9.

The winner of the Harvard/Northwestern match will move on to take on the winner of No. 1 Oklahoma and New Mexico State.

The Crimson will be making its 24th appearance in the NCAA tournament in 2015 and fourth-straight trip to the big dance. Harvard boasts an all-time record of 16-23 in the NCAA tournament, advancing as far as the elite eight in 1997.

The Crimson and Wildcats played earlier in the season, with Northwestern edging Harvard, 4-3. Northwestern leads the all-time series by a slim 6-5 margin.
