CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard men's tennis rose to No. 22 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Poll this week, its highest ranking since April 23, 2013 (21).
The Crimson is one of three Ivy League teams in the top-25, as Columbia comes in at No. 13 and Princeton is just behind Harvard at No. 23. Six of the Ancient Eight's teams sit in the top-50, as Penn sits No. 44 and Brown and Dartmouth sit 49th and 50th, respectively.
The Crimson opened the season at No. 29 and owns a 9-3 record through 12 spring matches. Individually, senior Denis Nguyen ranks No. 47 in singles play, followed by sophomore Sebastian Beltrame at No. 105. Nguyen and sophomore Brian Yeung sit No. 9 in doubles action.
The Crimson will be back in action this weekend against No. 74 St. John's and Bryant.
