CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard men's swimming and diving, the three-time defending Ivy League champions, announced today its incoming Class of 2023. Joining a program that finished eighth at the NCAA Championships this past season will be nine standouts representing five states and three countries.

"This year's freshman class were all recruited because they have values and goals that align with those of Harvard College and our athletic department," said Kevin Tyrrell, The Ulen-Brooks Endowed Coach for Harvard Men's Swimming and Diving. "Each brings their own unique perspective to Harvard and realizes the importance of a team-first attitude in life and in the pool. These swimmers and divers have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in our program and in the world."

The incoming group (7 swimmers, 2 divers) is set to arrive in Cambridge in the fall and be a part of a team that is scheduled to return four of its six NCAA individual qualifiers from 2019, along with three of its four relay-qualifying swimmers.
