HONOLULU – Hal Watts paced Harvard men's diving on Friday in second-day action of the Wally Nakamoto Hawai'i Diving Invitational. After competing on the 3-meter board on Thursday, the event moved to the 1-meter competition just 24 hours later.

Watts finished in third place with 298.65 points and just 0.30 shy of UH's Grant Newcombe, who came in second place. Watts' effort stopped the Rainbow Warriors from taking the top four positions as Hawai'i went 1-2-4-5. Max Burman claimed the title with a score of 302.45.

Alec DeCaprio, meanwhile, racked up 218.00 points, which was good for 14th place.
