CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The No. 2 Harvard men's squash team defeated No. 22 MIT in its first home matchup of the season, 9-0, on Thursday night at the Murr Center Squash Courts. Harvard earned two wins in two days to kick off the 2017-18 season, after defeating No. 10 Dartmouth, 9-0, on Wednesday night.
Eight of Harvard's nine victories were 3-0 decisions, with sophomore Sean Hughes winning 3-1 over Henry Martin at the No. 3 spot. At No. 1 for the Crimson, Saadeldin Abouaish got his second victory of the week by defeating MIT's Joe O'Connor, 3-0.
