No. 2 Men’s Squash Takes Care of No. 12 Columbia, 8-1

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 2 Harvard men's squash team knocked off its tenth consecutive opponent as the Crimson downed No. 12 Columbia, 8-1, to remain unbeaten on the season. Harvard improves to 4-0 in conference play with only two more Ancient Eight opponents to go.

Ali Farag and Brandon McLaughlin led the Crimson in the top positions as Farag downed Ramit Tandon and McLaughlin handed Rishi Tandon a, 3-2, decision.

Gary Power improved to 6-0 in the fourth position as he edged Columbia's Joshua Sehkar. Nicholas Hopcroft made his debut in the fifth spot with a victory over Daniel Saleem and Tom Mullaney posted a 3-0 win over the Jonathan Gill in the sixth spot.

Tyler Olson, Matt Roberts and Sam Goldberg swept each of their opponents in the bottom of the ladder to help lock up the win.

Harvard returns to action on Feb. 4 as the Crimson travel to Trinity College for a rematch of the 2012-13 CSA Team Championships.
