CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard men's soccer team is set to open the 2019 campaign with a pair of top-25 matchups in North Carolina. The Crimson will kick off the season on Friday, Sept. 6 at 7:30 p.m. against No. 20 North Carolina and will follow with a Sunday afternoon tilt with No. 5 Duke scheduled for a 4 p.m. start. Both outings will be broadcast on ACC Network Extra.

At the Helm
Pieter Lehrer, the Virginia B. and James O. Welch Jr. '52 Head Coach for Harvard Men's Soccer, returns for his seventh season at the head of the program. Prior to 2019, Lehrer had amassed a 42-44-12 overall record, going 20-15-5 in Ivy League play. Lehrer has also propelled the program to a top-three finish in three of six seasons.
The Crimson will continue on the road, with a matchup at Vermont on Friday, Sept. 13 scheduled for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
