The award is the second of Glass' career (Gil Talbot).
PRINCETON, N.J. – For the second time this season freshman Matthew Glass has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.
Glass scored in back-to-back games on the week, extending his points streak to four games. On Tuesday against Boston University, the Sacramento, California native slotted home the third Crimson goal of the game to seal the win, and he followed the performance with a go-ahead goal in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Yale.
Glass has four goals, which is tied for the team-lead and second in the conference, and 10 points on the season, which ranks second on the Crimson and third in the Ivy League. Harvard men's soccer hosts Cornell on Saturday, Oct. 8 at Jordan Field. The 4 p.m. kickoff will be broadcast on the Ivy League Digital Network.
