NCAA Men's Lacrosse Quarterfinals to be Held at Gillette Stadium May 22

FOXBORO, Mass. -- Harvard will act as the host for two 2011 NCAA Division I men's lacrosse quarterfinal games, which will be played at Gillette Stadium Sunday, May 22.

Gillette Stadium will host the following games on May 22:
Game 1: No. 1 Syracuse vs. Maryland at Noon

Game 2: No. 4 Notre Dame vs. No. 5 Duke at 2:30 p.m.

"We are pleased to host this exciting event and look forward to welcoming the four teams that advance from first-round competition," said event director Phil Buttafuoco. "The New England lacrosse community will undoubtedly get to see two tremendous lacrosse games while enjoying the fan experience at Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place."
Tickets, which are good for both games, start at $20 and include parking at Gillette Stadium. They are available through Ticketmaster or by downloading the ticket order form from Group tickets (20 or more) can be ordered by calling 508-549-0178.
Harvard will serve as the host institution for the event as it did for the 2008 and 2009 NCAA finals at Gillette Stadium.

Gillette Stadium, located in Foxboro, Mass., has hosted lacrosse at all levels, including the 2008 and 2009 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships. After setting attendance records in 2008 and 2009, the NCAA has selected Gillette Stadium to be the site of the 2012 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships.
