Esposito Signs ATO Deal With Grand Rapids of the AHL

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Senior forward Luke Esposito has signed an amateur tryout contract with the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League, the team announced Saturday.

Esposito played in 131 games during his career with the Crimson, scoring 31 goals and dishing out 58 assists. He capped off his career with 16 goals and 20 assists as a senior, both season-highs for the Greenwich, Connecticut native. He led the team this season with a +31 rating. He scored five power goals, three shorthanded tallies and five game-winners. He was named to the ECAC Hockey All-Tournament team after scoring in each game of the conference playoffs.

Grand Rapids has five games remaining in its regular season, including a home-and-home series with the Cleveland Monsters this weekend.
