Harvard Hockey to Broadcast 20 Games on TV

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Athletics is pleased to announce that the men's and women's hockey teams will have a combined 20 games broadcast on three sports networks for the 2016-17 season: NESN (New England Sports Network), ESPN3 and ONE World Sports.

The men's team ended their 2015-16 campaign with a second-place finish in the ECAC Tournament and an appearance in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The Crimson finished the season with a 19-11-4 overall record. The women's team qualified for the ECAC Quarterfinals against Colgate, tallying a 17-12-3 overall mark for the season.

NESN and NESNplus are available in over four million homes throughout the six-state New England region, with NESN National available in over five million homes nationally, providing fans outside New England access to the region's top sports programming. NESN consistently ranks among the top regional sports networks in the country. NESN is available throughout the region through a number of cable television and satellite providers. Archives of each game televised on NESN will be available on the Ivy League Digital Network 48 hours after completion.
