BOSTON – For the second year in a row, the Harvard men's hockey team spent time at the Cristo Rey Boston high school, volunteering for a number of tasks to prepare the school for the upcoming year.
A total of 17 Harvard student-athletes spent the morning of Saturday, Aug. 29 at Cristo Rey readying the school for the influx of students in the coming days.
"Some guys cleaned windows, others weeded the outside of the building, raked leaves and removed shrubbery," said senior Kyle Criscuolo. "Inside, guys did some heavy lifting, moving desks and old fans around, while others painted."
Harvard hockey looks forward to continuing to support Cristo Rey Boston and hopes to see many of the students at Bright-Landry this season cheering on the Crimson.
