2012 All-American Killorn Nets First NHL Goal

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – In just his fourth game with the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning, 2012 All-American Alex Killorn '12 netted his first goal Saturday in a 6-5 overtime victory over the Florida Panthers. Killorn's goal came in the first period and gave the Lightning a 2-1 lead heading into the first intermission.
In his NHL debut, Killorn picked up an assist in a 5-1 loss to the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Through four games Killorn is rated +1 and has been booked for a pair of penalties. Killorn was called up to the Lightning after getting off to a great start with the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL, where he had 16 goals and 38 points in 44 games.
