The Crimson earned its 10th Compton Cup in the last 12 years over Princeton last Saturday. The Tigers made a charge with 700 meters to go in the race, but Harvard responded and held on to defeat Princeton by two seconds. The win gave Harvard a 3-1 head-to-head record this spring.

SCOUTING NAVY
Last weekend, the Midshipmen held an early lead on Cornell and Syracuse, but both the Big Red and Orange passed Navy down the stretch in the first varsity race of the Goes Trophy. Navy's fourth varsity won its race.

SCOUTING PENN
In a clash of Ivy crews last weekend, the Quakers came up short to Columbia and Yale for the Blackwell Cup. Penn also placed third in the second varsity eight race.
