Christian Juzang with Jasmine Waddell, the Resident Dean of Freshmen for Elm Yard and the Director of Community and Diversity programs. Dean Waddell works with students in Grays, Matthews, and Weld dorms, where Christian was a resident (Weld) as a first-year student. Dean Waddell also creates programs which highlight the rich diversity of the first-year class.
