Towns, Lewis Earn NABC All-District Honors

Both players were All-Ivy League first team selections this season (Hunter Martin | Gil Talbot).

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The accolades continue to roll in for Harvard men's basketball, as sophomore forwards Seth Towns and Chris Lewis have earned all-district recognition from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). Towns was a first-team honoree, while Lewis was chosen to the second team.

Towns, the Ivy League Player of the Year, leads the Crimson with 16.0 points per game this season, while also chipping in nearly six rebounds and two assists per game. He ranked second in the league with 19.0 points per game during Ivy play, and he has also earned USBWA all-district honors and a selection to the All-Ivy League Tournament team.

Lewis was a first team selection in the Ivy League after establishing himself as the most-dominant interior presence in the conference. Lewis has posted career-highs of 12.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting north of 60 percent from the field. He was also an All-Ivy League Tournament team selection.

The duo helped Harvard earn its sixth Ivy League title, and the program's second-ever berth to the National Invitation Tournament (NIT), where Harvard will face Marquette on Wednesday, March 14.
