Curry, Georgatos Named to NABC Honors Court

Kansas City, Mo. – Brandyn Curry and Jeff Georgatos were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court. Curry, elected team co-captain for the 2012-13 season, is concentrating in sociology, while Georgatos is concentrating in economics.
The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents and gifts that these men possess off the court and their diligent work in the classroom. In order to be named to the Honors Court, an athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria. The qualifications are as follows:
- Academically a junior or senior and a varsity player.
- Cumulative G.P.A. of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 201-12 season.
- Students must have matriculated at least one year at their current institution.
- Member of an NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA institution.
