CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Former Harvard football standout Kyle Juszczyk '13 has earned a spot on the 2017 NFL Pro Bowl roster, it was announced this week.
Juszczyk, a fullback for the Baltimore Ravens, will be making his first appearance in the NFL's All-Star Game. In his fourth year in Baltimore, Juszczyk has 33 catches for 255 yards and has carried the ball three times for seven yards. According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Juszczyk is the top-rated fullback in the league.
While at Harvard, Juszczyk earned numerous first-team All-American honors after posting 52 receptions for 706 receiving yards (13.6 avg.) and eight TDs, tied for the second-highest total in a single season in Harvard history.
Juszczyk joins Matt Birk '98 and Pat McInally '75 as Harvard players who have been selected to the Pro Bowl. Birk earned a spot six times in his career (2000, '01, '04, '05, '06, '07), while McInally grabbed a spot in the 1982 Pro Bowl.
