Megan Finn joined Harvard’s sports medicine staff prior to the start of the 2011-12 academic year and coordinates care for the Crimson Men’s Soccer and Women’s Lacrosse programs. During her time at Harvard, Finn previously coordinated care for the Women’s Basketball team (2011-2016), Men’s and Women’s Alpine and Nordic Ski teams (2011-2016) and Softball team (2011-2019).
Finn came to Harvard following two years at Indiana State University, where she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer and approved clinical preceptor. During 2010-11, Finn was responsible for the Sycamore golf, cheerleading and dance teams. She also provided supplemental services to the women’s basketball and football teams. In 2009-10, she was primarily responsible for the football, soccer, wrestling and softball teams at Terre Haute South high school.
While at ISU, Finn also taught human anatomy lab for allied health professionals and served as a teaching assistant for the CAATE accredited undergraduate athletic training program.
In 2008-09, Finn completed an internship at the College of the Holy Cross, coordinating care primarily for the women’s volleyball, women’s ice hockey and softball teams.
A native of Andover, Mass., Finn completed a post-professional master’s degree in athletic training from Indiana State University in 2011 and a bachelor’s degree in athletic training/sports medicine with a minor in biology from Quinnipiac University in 2008.
