Beth Lazarus joined the Harvard strength and conditioning staff in September, 2017. She serves as the head strength and conditioning coach for men’s and women’s diving, women’s rugby, men's soccer, softball, and men’s heavyweight and lightweight crew. She assists with football and women’s hockey.
Lazarus began interning with the strength and conditioning department at Harvard in September of 2016, then spent time as an intern and coach with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning from October of 2016 to March of 2017. While a student at Boston University, she interned with the strength and conditioning departments at BU and Northeastern University in 2014 and 2015.
Prior to Harvard, Lazarus graduated from BU in May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science, Health Science, and a concentration in exercise physiology. She was a member of the BU women’s rugby club, and served as a volunteer coach after graduation.
Lazarus is a Strength and Conditioning Coach certified through the CSCCA and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She is also certified as a Level I Sport Performance Coach through USAW and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certified through American Red Cross.
