Four members of the Harvard men’s and women’s cross country team earned U.S. Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association Northeast All-Region for their top 25 finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional.
Three Runners Qualify for Nationals at NCAA Regionals En Route to Two Top 10 Team Finishes 11/14/09
Junior Daniel Chenoweth was Harvard’s highest finisher at the NCAA Regionals at Franklin Park, placing third overall to help the men to a 10th place team finish. Sophomore Kailyn Kuzmuk and junior Claire Richardson finished sixth and eighth, respectively, as the Crimson women finished fifth overall.

Harvard Defeats Yale in Annual Dual Meet
The Harvard men’s and women’s cross country teams extended their win streaks over Yale to three-straight with victories over the Bulldogs Friday afternoon at Franklin Park. In the 97th running of the men’s race, the Crimson edged Yale, 26-29, while the women defeated Yale, 15-49, in the 34th running of the women’s event.

Erin Sprague '05 Making a Difference No Matter Where She Runs
Erin Sprague is the youngest person ever to run a marathon on all seven continents. That’s right, all seven continents. A member of the class of 2005, a history concentrator, and a former resident of Quincy House, Sprague, who ran cross country for the Crimson, started running marathons when she graduated.
