Captured the title at the Harvard-Yale Meet for the third consecutive year with a winning time of 25:10.70 ... Took second at Heps with a time of 24:14.0, earning a first team All-Ivy League nod ... Placed third at NCAA Regionals with a time of 29:51.2, earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships and a spot on the All-Northeast Region Team for the third straight season. 

2009-10
Won the Harvard/Yale duel meet at Franklin Park with a time of 24:20, his fastest time on that course … First among Harvard runners and eighth overall at the NCAA Pre-National Invitational with a personal best time of 24:01.8 … Earned first-team All-Ivy League at the Heps Championships … Won the individual title at the Heps Championships, Harvard’s first individual champion at the event since 1995, with a time of 25:09.2 ... Earned all-region honors ... Finished third overall at NCAA regionals, helping the team to 10th-place finish with a time of 31:03 ... Qualified for the NCAA National Cross Country Championships as top individual finisher ... Finished 42nd out of 250 at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:23, his second straight top 45 performance at the national meet.

2008-09
Earned second-team All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy honors ... Named all-regional ... Placed 42nd at the 2008 NCAA Cross Country Championship ... Was the sixth person to cross the finish line at the NCAA Northeast Regional, earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships ... Finished second in the 5,000 meters at the Outdoor Heptagonal Championships ... Placed sixth in the 3,000 meters at the Indoor Heptagonal Championships ... Finished third in the mile at the Harvard Select Meet with an IC4A qualifying time of 4:13.58 ... Won the 3,000 meters at the Battle of Beantown with an IC4A qualifying time of 8:16.45 ... Improved upon his IC4A qualifying mark in the mile at the HYP meet, placing second in 4:11.25 ...
