Chenoweth Named COOP Athlete of the Week

Daniel Chenoweth is the Harvard COOP Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 1. Chenoweth took the Ivy League individual crown at the 2009 Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships held at Van Cortlandt Park. He becomes the first Crimson runner to win the title since Ian Carswell did it in 1995. Chenoweth clocked with a time of 25:09.2, 10.5 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. Chenoweth helped Harvard to its second straight sixth place finish at the event.
