Kerry O’Malley Baldwin joined the Harvard women’s soccer team as an assistant coach in August 2012. 

In 2013, Baldwin helped Harvard to its 11th Ivy League title, wrapping its conference slate with a perfect 7-0 record for the first time since 1999. Margaret “Midge” Purce was named the Ivy League Rookie and Player of the Year, headlining seven total Crimson student-athletes to garner conference honors.

In Baldwin's first season in Cambridge, Harvard went 9-5-3 overall and 3-3-1 in Ivy League play, while five players garnered all-conference status in 2012.

Before coming to Harvard, Baldwin was the assistant coach at St. Bonaventure.  She coached at St. Bonaventure from 2010-12 and helped the Bonnies appear in four straight A-10 Tournament appearances. 

Before St. Bonaventure, Baldwin was the women’s soccer assistant coach at Brandeis University from 2007-10. At Brandeis, she helped coach the Owls to two ECAC championships.

Before entering coaching, Baldwin played collegiate soccer as a student at St Bonaventure from 2004-06 and served as team captain for two years.  She also played for the Providence College Friars as an undergraduate from 2002-03.  During her time with the Friars, she was named to the Big East All-Rookie team and to the Soccer Buzz All-Northeast rookie team.

Baldwin was a leader before entering college as well.  While playing at Longmeadow High School in Longmeadow, Mass., Baldwin was named the Massachusetts Player of the Year and an NSCAA High School All-American in 2001.
