NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Due to more than a three-hour
delay because of lightning Saturday evening, the women's soccer
game between Harvard and Yale has been postponed until Tuesday,
Oct. 20 at 3 p.m.
The Crimson and Bulldogs played a scoreless first half of
Saturday's contest before severe lightning caused a three-hour
delay. It was ruled that because of the length of the delay
the game would be postponed until later in the month. Harvard
and Yale will restart the game and play it in its entirety Oct.
20.
Harvard will host Fairfield in a non-conference matchup at Ohiri
Field Tuesday, Oct. 6. The Crimson and Stags will play at 3
p.m.
