Went 1-2 at the EIWA Championships, including a 3-1 victory over American's Sean McCarty in a second sudden victory overtime period.

Sported a 6-13 overall record and went 5-6 in dual action at 174 pound ... Competed at the Binghamton Open, Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, and EIWA Championships.

Four-time varsity letterman … A high school All-American … Two-time Academic All-American … State champion as a freshman and sophomore ...Earned all-league, All-CIF and was a California state placer … California freestyle and Greco state placer and champion … High school won states in 2009 after finishing second in 2007 … Team was four-time league champion and four-time CIF champion … Four-time Masters Champion and 2010 Reno TOC Champions … Finished seventh at the California state meet … Sported a high school record of 135-35 … Member of the California State team for four years ...
