Cahow Discusses Olympic Training With ESPN.com's Page 2
Former Crimson All-America defenseman Caitlin Cahow ’07-08
recently shared with ESPN.com’s Page 2 what a typical
offseason day is like for an athlete training for the Olympics.

Cahow, a bronze medalist with Team USA at the 2006 Olympics, was
the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) Athlete of the Month in
May after scoring two goals as the U.S. defeated Canada, 4-1, to
win the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World
Women’s Championship in April.
Cahow garnered All-ECAC Hockey and All-Ivy League status twice
during her Harvard career and was a top-10 finalist for the Patty
Kazmaier Memorial Award in 2007-08.
