Tara Mardigan, MS, MPH, RD, is a Boston-based nutritionist.
Mardigan counsels clients at Levinson-Harris Medical Group (LHMG),
right in the heart of Copley Square. In addition to her work at
LHMG, she is the team nutritionist for the Boston Red Sox. Mardigan
counsels cancer patients and their families at Dana-Farber Cancer
Institute and is the nutritionist for Harvard University
Athletics.
A member of the American Public Health Association and Slow Food
USA, Mardigan is routinely involved in community nutrition and
public policy initiatives.
Mardigan received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the
University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship
at Yale-New Haven Hospital (RD). Her dual master’s degrees
(MS, MPH) in nutrition communication and public health are from
Tufts University. She is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist in the
state of Massachusetts.
