Kristan Strout returns for her fourth season with the Harvard women's basketball program in 2009-10. After serving as the operations intern for the 2006-07 season, Strout took on the role of director of women's basketball operations lthe following season.

A 2004 graduate of Stonehill College, Strout assumes all operation duties for the women's program.

At Stonehill, Strout was a two-year captain of the women's basketball team under former Harvard player and assistant coach Trisha Brown '87. After graduating in 2004, Strout served as a graduate assistant and admissions representative at Husson College in Maine. She earned a master's degree in business from Husson in 2005 and in sports leadership from Northeastern in 2008.
