Game Winner by Healy Pushes Women’s Basketball Past Northeastern, 67-65
Two late threes by senior captain Erin McDonnell and a game-winning jumper by junior forward AnnMarie Healy concluded a late comeback by Harvard women’s basketball (5-4) over Northeastern, 67-65. The Crimson was led by senior forward Temi Fagbenle with 16 points and 16 rebounds, the 23rd double-double of her career.

Despite Record-Breaking Night from Fagbenle, Women’s Basketball Falls to Temple, 81-69
Senior forward Temi Fagbenle broke the Harvard women’s basketball record with 24 rebounds, adding 23 points, but it would not be enough as the Crimson fell to Temple, 81-69, Sunday evening on the final day of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Challenge at Mohegan Sun.

Triple by McDonnell Captures 79-76 OT Win for Women’s Basketball Over Holy Cross
Senior captain Erin McDonnell buried a three pointer at the top of the key and Harvard women’s basketball held strong on the defensive end to secure a 79-76 overtime win over Holy Cross on the final day of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Challenge at Purcell Pavilion. The Crimson (3-2) was led by a quartet of double-figure scorers, including a personal best 22 points from senior Ali Curtis.

Harvard women’s basketball (2-2) dropped a 97-43 decision at No. 3/2 Notre Dame on the second day of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Challenge at Purcell Pavilion. The Crimson registered a strong second-half effort, but could not surmount the Fighting Irish lead.

Three Harvard women’s basketball players registered double-doubles, as the Crimson (2-1) used a late surge to take out Quinnipiac, 87-83, on the first day of the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Tournament at Purcell Pavilion. Temi Fagbenle (28 points, 11 rebounds), Erin McDonnell (18 points, 13 rebounds) and AnnMarie Healy (18 points, 11 rebounds) became the first trio of Crimson student-athletes to post double-doubles in the same game since Jan. 14, 2000.
