Women's Basketball Tabbed Second in Ivy League Media/SID poll

The Harvard women's basketball team was picked to finish second in the league in the 2010-11 Ivy League Women's Basketball Preseason Media/SID poll.The Crimson, who were runners-up in the Ivy League standings for the past two years, received 115 votes, including one first-place pick.
The Crimson returns it's entire squad from the 2009-10 season which saw Harvard boast a 20-9 overall record and a 11-3 conference mark. The team made its eighth postseason appearance and second-straight in the WNIT.
Princeton earned the league's top bid with 135 points and 16 first-place votes. The Tigers went 14-0 last season to win the Ivy League title. Dartmouth was voted to finish third (96), followed by Yale (84), Columbia (73), Brown (50), Cornell (39) and Penn (19).
