Former Track Standout to be Featured on NBC Nightly News

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Former Harvard track and field standout Timothy McLoone ’69 will appear on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams this Friday, Dec. 24 at 6:30 p.m. A decorated cross country and distance runner, McLoone will be featured on the acclaimed show as the leader of the Holiday Express organization.

McLoone has been coordinating this charity effort for 16 years, helping spread holiday cheer from Thanksgiving to Christmas. The organization boasts more than 1,000 volunteers among its ranks and has performed nearly 700 shows since 1993.
