CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women’s sailing juniors Emily Lambert and Alexandra Jumper have been selected to the All-NEISA women’s sailing team. Lambert was selected to the All-NEISA skipper first team, while Jumper earned first-team accolades as a crew.
Lambert and Jumper have been a consistent duo for the women’s squad, competing for the Crimson in the A division nearly every regatta this season. Together, they captured first place in the A division at the St. Mary’s Women’s Intersectional and finished second in the top division over the weekend at the Women’s New England Championship.
As a pair, they have also placed in the top 10 of the A division at the Navy Spring Intersectional and the Dellenbaugh Trophy, while Lambert also captured a seventh-place finish at the Emily Wick and Shrew Trophies with freshman Caitlin Watson as crew.
Following a fifth-place showing at the Women’s New England Championship, Lambert, Jumper and the entire Harvard women’s sailing are prepping for the Women’s National Championship in Cascade Locks, Ore., May 23-26.
